Accessibility

COPACC strives to be as accessible as possible with all our offerings, in venue and offsite. We are always open to constructive feedback and welcome any suggestions to ensure we continue to better ourselves.

Assistance Animals

Guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome at COPACC at any stage.

Companion Card

We accept companion cards at COPACC to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our patrons.
All companion card holders are eligible to a concession price ticket as well as an additional ticket at no charge.

If you require a meet and assist service, please contact us on 03 5232 9418 (#1).
Please note that this service is subject to availability and/or prior arrangement if you require it outside of COPACC hours.

Wheelchair Access

COPACC is a wheelchair accessible venue. If you are attending an event or have an appointment to meet us at the venue, you can enter via ramp at our front entrance on the corner of Rae Street & Gellibrand Street.

There is an accessible, gender-neutral toilet in our Public Foyer, however, at is not fitted with an automated door. Please let one of our friendly staff know if you need assistance entering and exiting.

There is step-free access to all spaces within our venue.

Hearing Loops

The Auditorium and Civic Hall Black Box Theatre at COPACC are fitted with Hearing Loops. Please enquire with our friendly staff for further details.
