3. White Caps by Heather Frizzell

Artist’s Statement: I think we are all now aware of the different struggles that life can throw at us. White Caps looks at the idea of fighting against a wave or even a second wave.  Horses showing the strength we posses and the ocean as the unpredictable beast it can be.
